Deals galore at Beauchamp Business Park

We have worked on Beauchamp Business Park since its inception, and we are therefore pleased to share the news, on behalf of our client Clowes Developments, that three units have been sold and offers received on a further five at the new business park in Kibworth, Leicestershire.

The development has been delivered by Clowes Developments and the wider team including us here at IMA Architects and TanRo, Millward Consulting Engineers, Gateley Legal and Postins Project Services. Phillips Sutton and TDB Real Estate have been the agents marketing the scheme.

Phase one of the development was a huge success with 80% of the units sold before construction even began. This boosted Clowes’ confidence to speculatively build out the remaining plots including a terrace of four 2,540 sq ft units, known as ‘Unit F 1-4’.

Phase two which, completed in November 2024, includes a courtyard of terrace units ranging from 2,271 – 4,789 sq ft. These units have been flexibly designed to be combined to make a bigger space to meet the requirements of an end user.

Within months of practical completion, CJB Printing has purchased F4, and private investors have purchased the other two units, with another under offer. Additionally, a terrace of four under Unit G2 are now under offer with more information announced upon the successful completion of the deal.

Beauchamp Business Park is situated on a 15-acre site located on the outskirts of Kibworth between Leicester and Market Harborough on the A6. The site features a series of freehold and leasehold industrial units ranging from 1,270 sq ft to 16,272 sq ft.

As a result of the recent flurry of deals, there is now only a handful of units available on a freehold and leasehold basis at Beauchamp.
