What information we collect when you enter a Project & Contract with us?

When you enter into a project and contract with us, we will need to set all your details connected to the project onto our database:-

• Your full name
• Your Company name
• Your full address
• Telephone numbers
• Email address
• The project address if different from your original address

How do we use your information?

Contract – your personal information is processed in order to fulfil a contractual arrangement e.g.

• With consultants (if needed)
• With Solicitors (if needed)
• With Local Authorities (if needed)
• With Surveyors (if needed)
• Contact you to undertake customer satisfaction survey

Who we share your information with and why?

As appropriate to the particular project

• All consultants connected with your project
• Solicitors
• Local Authorities
• Construction Team
• Credit Reference Agency – to do this should a Debt Recovery Agent be required

Your Individual Rights

You have the right to:

• request access, amend or correct your personal data
• request that we delete or stop processing your personal data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
