Alongside new build projects, we undertake many refurbishment and conversion commissions. Many projects need to respect historic building principles and are often projects in Conservation Areas or Historic England Listed Buildings.

IMA have personnel with many years of experience, working with existing buildings and have qualified Building Surveying staff. Whether it is a comprehensive refurbishment of a historic building, or minor alterations to a characterful old residential property, we can offer a sensitive yet innovative approach to the project.
