Bakeaway, Centrix Business Park, Corby

Planning Permission has just been granted by Corby Borough Council for a new Bakery for Bakeaway. The 80,000ft² state of the art factory and office facility is being developed by Clowes Developments and constructed by Winvic. The building is Phase 1 of a larger scheme, which will potentially see Bakeaway expand their operations, on an adjacent retained site.

Since 2009, when Clowes bought the site, we have looked at several schemes across the wider site, however it has taken until 2019 to get a building consented and ready for construction. This £10million plus project is proving to be a catalyst for other new buildings on the Business Park and we are currently looking at several other schemes all across the site.
