Crown Park – Works Commenced

Works have now commenced on site in the centre of Derby on the refurbishment of a brownfield site located just off Parcel Terrace. The works involve the construction of 2 no. buildings, one of which is to be sub-divided into 5 no. smaller units. Works are being developed by CWC Group and are due to be completed in Spring 2020.
