Forbes Park - Planning Application Submitted

CWC Group are developing a site at Forbes Park in Long Eaton, with a planning application now submitted for the first phase of development. There are three buildings within this first phase, one of which is a proposed retail unit with the other buildings to be used for B1 / B2 / B8 industrial use.
