Office Development, Norton - Planning Application Works

IMA Architects have been working closely with Norton Parkway Business Park Ltd on the development of a new office scheme in Worcester. The application is to deliver around 45,000ft² of office space, all proposed to be constructed on a speculative basis. The building, Blocks A-B, is the first on the site which will contain a significant amount of development in the coming years. A number of CGI’s have been produced for the scheme to assist with the planning application and assist the Client with marketing the unit.
