Plot A1 Centrix Business Park - Planning Consent Granted

The scheme on Plot A1 at Centrix Business Park in Corby, which is to deliver 160,000ft² of storage & distribution space, has now been granted planning consent. Prior to formal works commencing on site there is a requirement to relocate Great Crested Newts from the site to a new area which is to be formed specifically to house these protected species. A license has been applied for to Natural England for this process and will hopefully be issued later in Spring, enabling the relocation process to commence.
