Construction has commenced on site, of a new Regional Office building for Redrow, the national housebuilder. The building is a 10,000ft² two storey office with associated car parking and adjacent Phase 2 expansion land.

We had to work hard to obtain Planning Permission for this building use, on what is strategically zoned a warehouse storage and distribution site. Our relationship with the local authority planning department, was a significant factor in convincing the planners, the use was appropriate at this prominent entrance location on the development site.

We have planned a further office building on the site opposite the Redrow building and with significant occupier interest, we will hopefully shortly be submitting a further planning application.
