A reserved matters planning application has now been submitted on an employment site in Stoney Stanton which seeks to provide a large amount of B1 / B2 / B8 floorspace. Outline consent has already been granted for the scheme and with strong interest in the site already works would be expected to start on site following receipt of planning consent.
