A bespoke manufacturing facility was constructed for Bakeaway UK which included a high specification warehouse fit out to include production lines, cold room boxes, freezer’s and ancillary storage areas. The building is used for the production of ready rolled pastry and included an external ground level silo base and a high level plant deck on the roof. In addition a high amount of office content was provided to the building to assist with the main manufacturing use of the building, along with a large maintenance area to provide maintenance service to the production areas.
