The project on Plot A1 at Centrix BP, Corby involved the construction of a bespoke storage facility for Deichmann Shoes (UK) Ltd, who were looking to relocate from an existing facility nearby. The unit was pre-let to Deichmann and sold to a pension fund as part of a wider deal, delivering a great facility for the company. As part of the agreed fit-out works the racking was installed along with an internal hub office and 2 storey lightweight mezzanine. Prior to construction works the scheme involved a substantial amount of earthworks including protected species works to re-locate Great Crested Newts
