New Build residential development for Taylor Wimpey. IMA were brought on board to assist with developing early stage feasibility designs into a formal planning application. This involved the site layout design, design codes for sub areas within the site, integration of trim trails, LEAPS and LAPS along with variations to Taylor Wimpeys standard housing range. Construction works began in 2015 and the site was completed in 2020
