New build residential development for Taylor Whimpey. IMA were brought on board to assist with developing early stage feasibility designs into a formal planning application. This involved the site layout design, design codes for the sub areas within the site, integration of trim rails, LEAPS and LAPS along the variations to Taylor Wimpey’s standard housing range. Construction works began in 2015 and the site was completed in 2021.
