Office development

This development at Ivanhoe Business Park included the construction of 6 no. office blocks, some constructed speculatively and some on behalf of end users. One of the units was a semi-detached unit giving a total number of 7 units created. The units sought to provide an enhanced monopitch design which enabled a second floor mezzanine to be provided to the front part of the unit, providing additional floor space and a very aesthetically pleasing internal space. The units constructed speculatively were all sold prior to completion, demonstrating that the appearance of the units was very appealing to a number of nearby occupiers.
