The units on Plot 3 at EMDC (3A and 3B) were constructed together as part of a wider deal between Clowes Developments an NFUM, which saw the development of 6 buildings in total. The 2 units at EMDC were both B8 storage & distribution facilities, both of different sizes to cater for the requirements of potential end users.
The outboard 2 storey offices to both units provided an enhanced design at the entrance to the site of each building, with 3B also containing a 2 storey hub office within the service yard.
A large number of dock and level access doors ensured the layouts would meet any requirements, with the construction of the units carried out by Winvic Construction.
