Plot 7A

The development on Plot 7A at East Midlands Distribution Centre was the construction of a bespoke two storey office building on behalf of Redrow Homes, via Clowes Developments as the developer.  The unit was the first office unit developed on this part of the business park and utilised a combination of red masonry brickwork, through colour render, timber cladding and composite cladding panels to provide a contemporary aesthetic whilst still remaining in keeping with the existing industrial and logistics buildings already established on the business park.  The building comprised an abundance of openings to provide high levels of natural daylighting to the internal areas and the main entrance is identified by the full height curtain walling.
