The development on Plot 8 at Castlewood BP saw the construction of a unit to be used for B2 / B8 purposes, for industrial / manufacturing / storage & distribution. The development was carried out by Clowes Developments on behalf of NFUM as part of a wider deal, with the unit being constructed to go into NFUM’s portfolio.
The development included internal ancillary office accommodation at FF level with a warehouse undercroft below to provide additional internal warehouse space for any potential occupants. A large amount of dock and level access doors ensures a suitable servicing provision is provided for any future occupants.
The construction of the unit was carried out by Winvic Construction.
