Plot A1 Fairham

The unit constructed on Plot A1 at Fairham BP was done so with end user input, with the scheme ultimately designed and constructed on behalf of SLS (Scientific Laboratory Supplies), with the main development carried out by Clowes Developments.

The unit is largely to be used for B8 storage and distribution, with a large amount of ancillary 2 storey office accommodation in the building due to the nature of this being the companies head office.

The unit was designed around the requirements of SLS, with IMA Architects working closely with SLS to come up with a scheme fit for purpose. IMA also worked closely with SLS’ appointed interior designers to enhance the feel in the offices and ensure the final product ticked off all the boxes and delivered a great environment for the staff.

The construction of the unit was carried out by TanRo.
