Plot B Fairham

Plot B at Fairham Business Park saw the construction of 3 no units, which were the first commercial units to be constructed on site following the large amount of infrastructure that was put in place to serve the development.

All 3 units were developed by Clowes Developments on behalf of Hines UK, who purchased the units as part of their pension fund portfolio, with 1 of the 3 units subsequently let. The units are all constructed to be used for B2 & B8 purposes, and all contain an amount of ancillary 2 storey office accommodation.

The design of the units was crucial to set a design code for the remainder of the site, with the different colours and materials used carefully considered to provide a unique design for the site, whilst fitting in with the standard design of a unit like this for a client. The construction of the units was carried out by TanRo, with Jackson Purdue Lever acting as civil & structural engineer’s for the scheme.
