A bespoke new dwelling was designed on behalf of a private Client in Glaston, seeking to utilise a rural design to ensure it was in-keeping with the village. Modern aspects were also included to provide an enhanced design, with the overall scheme delivering a very high quality, family home. Photomontage’s were provided to demonstrate to the Client, and the planners, how the dwelling would fit within it’s surroundings. The scheme provided a 4 bedroom home with a large amount of living space at ground floor, and also provided PV panels on the roof to provide a renewable source of energy for the dwelling
