The project on Plot B1 at Ivanhoe Business Park involved the construction of a bespoke manufacturing / storage facility for Vivid Laminating Technologies Ltd, who sought to re-locate from existing premises into a high specification new facility. The unit was predominantly manufacturing space but contained a large amount of 2 storey office content, finished to a very high specification. The design of the unit followed the principles of the other units on the business park, with some additional corporate branding and a high quality entrance portico feature.
